/ 02   How it works

Up and running in days, not months

No six-month implementation. Start on day one.

01

Bring your projects in

Import existing projects from spreadsheets, or start fresh from an environmental template. Phase I ESA, Phase II, remediation, monitoring, they are already set up for you.

02

Compliance auto-populates

The regulatory checklist, deadlines, and documentation requirements load themselves based on your project type and state. No more tracking rules in your head.

03

Your team and clients plug in

Staff manage work from one dashboard. Clients, regulators, and labs each get their own secure portal. The status-update email chain disappears.

/ 02.5   A project, start to finish

From kickoff to invoice, on one timeline

Same data, flowing through every step. No rekeying.

/ Why we're building this

The bet we're making on this industry.

01

The tools don't fit the work.

Environmental consulting has its own phase structure, its own regulatory filings, its own chain-of-custody rules. Generic PM tools ignore all of it. The industry's been told to adapt to software instead of the other way around.

02

Compliance risk is growing, not shrinking.

PFAS rules. New state GWQS thresholds. Tightening federal standards. Tracking what's due, for which project, in which jurisdiction, is getting harder every year. Excel can't keep up.

03

Small firms deserve better than enterprise pricing.

Deltek works for 500-person firms. Most of the industry is 5–50 people. They're stuck picking between software that doesn't fit and software they can't afford. We're building for them.

Common questions

What exactly is EnviroCommand?

+

It is a cloud software platform that replaces the spreadsheets, email chains, and disconnected tools environmental consulting firms use to run projects today. Think project management, regulatory compliance tracking, time & billing, and client portals, all in one place, with templates for Phase I ESA, Phase II, remediation, and monitoring work.

How is it different from Asana, Monday, or MS Project?

+

Generic PM tools don't understand environmental work. They have no compliance engine, no ASTM E1527-21 checklists, no regulator or lab portals, and no concept of phase escalation. EnviroCommand is built from the ground up for how environmental consulting firms actually operate.

Who is this for?

+

5 to 50 person environmental consulting firms, especially those doing Phase I/II ESAs, site remediation, PFAS work, LSRP projects, or compliance consulting in high-regulation states (CA, NJ, NY, TX, FL). If you're currently running on Excel + QuickBooks + email, you're exactly who we're building this for.

When can I use it?

+

We're running a closed beta with a small group of early access firms in mid-2026, with general availability following. Early access members lock in founding member pricing and get direct input into the roadmap.

How much will it cost?

+

We are targeting a price point accessible to 5 to 50 person firms, meaningfully less than enterprise platforms like Deltek, with more environmental-specific depth than generic PM tools. Exact pricing is being finalized with early access feedback.

Be one of the first firms to run on it.
